Please read the policies below carefully as the following terms and conditions govern your payment and enrolment at FLAUNT Studio Ltd (hereafter “FLAUNT”).

Waiver and Release

I understand, acknowledge and agree that due to the nature of pole dancing, the pole dancing classes and related activities conducted by FLAUNT carries inherent dangers and risks, including risk of injury or death. I acknowledge that I need to submit a parental consent letter to FLAUNT if I am under 18 years old before enrolment. I further agree that participating in any activity organized or conducted by FLAUNT is purely on my sole volition and risk. I agree that while classes or other are in session, it may not be possible or practical for the instructors of FLAUNT to provide safety instructions and recommendations. I acknowledge that I am at liberty to at any time to cease or suspend my participation if I am in any way incapacitated, unable to continue or feel that any activity may result in bodily injury to myself or other participants. Should I decide to continue despite such conditions, any encouragement, recommendations or advice given by the instructors of FLAUNT STUDIO does not negate the voluntary nature of my decision.

In view of the aforesaid, and by my voluntary participation in the activities of FLAUNT, I hereby, to the full extent permitted by law, WAIVE ALL LEGAL RIGHTS OF ACTION AGAINST AND FULLY RELEASE FLAUNT, its directors, instructors, employees, agents, landlords, leases or franchisees (Related Parties) for the loss, damages, or injury howsoever arising out of or in relation to the participation by myself in the activities conducted or organized by FLAUNT including without limitation, liability for any negligent or tortious act or omission, breach of duty, breach of contract or breach of statutory duty on the part of FLAUNT and/or Related Parties.

Cancellations may be made up to 24 hours in advance at no charge or deduction of credits. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled class will be considered as late cancel and result in the deduction of classes from your package.

Members who No-Show or Late Cancel two (2) or more times in a 14 day period will have their booking privileges suspended for 7 days.

Classes are only cancelled or recredited in the case of a Typhoon 8 or a Black Rainstorm Warning and also lack of number of signup.
