LEVEL - This class is suitable for beginner or those who want to strengthen their foundation of exotic heels (at least 2-3 pole beginner classes are recommended)

A pole dance choreography focus on the fundamental technique of heels and cover the basic skills of exotic pole. Focus on conditioning the movement and the flow.

The choreographies are blended in different styles. At this level, the instructor will focus on the technique of how to master the exotic heels and fundamental movements of exotic pole dance.

New Choreo starts in the beginning of the month. Please consult your teacher on the duration of the choreo, usually)one song every 2 weeks but may vary

LEVEL - PRE-INTERMEDIATE | INTERMEDIATE (see class fo details)

Pre-requisite: Pre-int - Both sides shoulder roll / Static pole spin | Intermediate - Invert and pole handstand

A pole dance choreography focus on the technique of the heels and the fluency of the movement and the flow. More advanced choreographies focusing on transition, fluidity, dance and heels technique. At this level, the instructor will introduce more exotic tricks, and more sophisticated transitions between the movement. You will not only learn how to dance, but also how to perform.

LEVEL - All Level

Our Exotic Pole Floor Work class is a sensual and empowering experience for all levels. In this class, you'll learn various floor work technique and incorporated into your dance movement.

No prior pole dance experience is necessary, Wear comfortable clothing and knee pads for knee protection.

LEVEL - Open level but you should have done some basic exotic class and familiar with dancing in heels

EXOTIC OLD SCHOOL is a style that is retourning to the roots of exotic pole dance. The main attention is given to sensuality, femininity and passion! Classic in all its best!

LEVEL - Pre-int and above

Pre-requisite: For students who have been taken at least.2-3 Spin Pole Beginner, ability to climb, sit, fan-kick on spin pole

In our Spin Pole Flow class, you'll learn a beautiful and dynamic pole dance routine that incorporates pole tricks, spins and transitions on a spinning pole.

This is the class for those who enjoys pole tricks and put them into a beautiful choreo in fluidity .Each choreo will combine the elements of pole tricks and various dance movements.
