  • Chair Dance

    Welcome to your very first pole class! This class is open for people who are new to pole dance, with or without any fitness background, you are all welcome to the class. The class will emphasis on the basic technique, such as climb, sit, and basic static pole spin, pole tricks will be upright, come and have fun with us!

    (Pole will be set on static and the pole tricks will be combined into a short combo with transition. There is no pre-requisites for this class)

  • Flexibility for Pole Dance

    Pre-requisites: Open to all levels.

    This is an open-level flexibility class. Our instructor will focus on both passive flexibility and active flexibility. If you want to achieve a better split and bendy shape, this is the class will lead you there. Expect dynamic conditioning and stretching techniques to help you to achieve better splits, back flexibility, and overall bigger range of motion.

    (Dress code: Come dressed in leggings and a tank top that covers the torso (socks are optional but encouraged) and bring your own mat. For comfort and hygiene purposes, all participants is advised to adhere to the dress code)

  • HEELS FLOW

    In our Pole Heels Flow class, you'll learn how to incorporate heels into your pole dance flow for a fun and sexy experience. This class is suitable for all levels, and no prior experience with pole dance or wearing heels is necessary. We'll start with a warm-up and stretch, then move on to learning a variety of fluid movements, spins, and transitions that incorporate wearing heels. You'll learn how to move confidently and gracefully in your heels while expressing yourself through pole dance. Wear comfortable clothing and your favorite heels to class. Join us for a fun and empowering Pole Heels Flow class!

  • Invert 101 / Invert Clinic

    Pre-requisite: Forearm climb, outside/inside leg hang, etc

    Welcome to upside down world, at this level you will unlock so much more potentials of yourself, are you ready? Our instructor will focus on the foundation of all inverted tricks, therefore to strengthen your body and able to progress further. In this level, you will further enhance basic invert, outside and inside leg hang switches, layback and handstand to floor moves, etc.

    (Poles will be set on static. There is no dance choreography in this class)

  • Pole Tricks and Combo - Intermediate

    Pre-requisite: Layback, butterfly, solid invert from the floor

    If you have mastered invert from the floor, then it’s time to make them aerial! Our instructor will lead you to continue building the strength for higher level pole moves and more techniques

    In this class, we will teach you more advanced pole tricks, such as brass monkey, superman, jade split, etc.

    (Poles will be set on both static and spin. There is no dance choreography in this class)

  • Pole Handsprings – Advanced Level

    Pre-requisite: Aerial invert / Secure extended butterfly / Shoulder mount & BrassMonkey (optional but preferred)

    This class is for experienced pole dancers who want to take their skills to the next level. Unlocking handspring safely, and with different grip, combined with all the higher level techniques, you will unlock a whole new world in pole dance

    (Poles will be set on static. There is no dance choreography in this class)
